These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Videsys video hosting and live streaming service ("the Service"), available at videsys.com and studio.videsys.com and operated by Sté VIDESYS SARL ("Videsys", "we", "us"). By requesting a trial, subscribing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. They are available on this page at all times, including before any payment.
Videsys is an online platform for hosting, encoding and delivering on-demand video and live streams, with content protection (DRM, signed embeds, per-viewer access tokens, geographic and domain restrictions), an embeddable player, audience statistics and team management. The Service is provided remotely as a subscription; no physical goods are sold.
Paid plans are bought online: choose a plan on our website, click "Subscribe", fill in the subscription form, accept these Terms and pay on Flouci's secure page. Your workspace is created as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive an email with a link to set your password.
Free trials are opened on request through the contact form, by email or by phone. After review, we create your workspace and send your login details by email. The free trial lasts 14 days, requires no payment and can be ended at any time. We may refuse or close a trial or account that does not comply with section 9.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us immediately of any unauthorised use at contact@videsys.com.

Payments are charged in Tunisian dinars (TND). Euro amounts are shown for information only. Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the quote or invoice. Custom plans (live streaming volumes, signed embeds, larger storage or bandwidth) are priced on a written quote, which you accept before any payment. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change; it applies from your next billing period.
Payments are processed securely by Flouci, a payment service licensed in Tunisia. You can pay with the methods offered on Flouci's secure payment page, including bank cards (Tunisian and international Visa and Mastercard cards, where accepted) and the Flouci wallet. Your card details are entered directly on Flouci's page and are never received or stored by Videsys.
Each payment covers one month or one year, paid in advance. An invoice is issued for each payment, sent by email and available in Settings in your workspace. Prices include the fiscal stamp and, for customers in Tunisia, 19% VAT; no Tunisian VAT applies to customers outside Tunisia. There is no automatic renewal: we never charge your card without your action. We email you 7 days and 1 day before your paid period ends; you renew in a few clicks from Settings in your workspace, and the new period is added after the current end date. If you do not renew, the Service keeps working for 7 days after the end of the paid period; after that, the workspace is suspended until payment is received (your content is kept as described in section 12).
The Service is digital and delivered online; nothing is shipped. Once your payment is confirmed by Flouci, your workspace is created (new subscription) or your paid period is extended (renewal) automatically, normally within a few seconds and at the latest within one (1) business day. You receive a confirmation email. You access the Service from any modern web browser at studio.videsys.com. If your plan is not active within one business day of a confirmed payment, contact us and we will activate it or refund you in full.
Since nothing renews automatically, you cancel simply by not renewing; you can also tell us by email or phone. You keep access until the end of the period already paid and are never charged again. We may cancel a subscription in the cases described in section 12.
Because the Service is digital, there is no physical return. Refund conditions (including our 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase) and plan changes (the equivalent of an exchange) are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach this section, without notice where the breach is serious.
You keep full ownership of the content you upload or stream. You grant Videsys a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and deliver it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Each plan includes defined storage and bandwidth limits. If you exceed them, we will notify you and may restrict uploads or delivery until you upgrade or reduce usage. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and announce planned maintenance in advance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend or terminate an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms or non-payment. Except in cases of illegal content, your content is kept for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export, and is then permanently deleted.
To the extent permitted by Tunisian law, Videsys is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of revenue, profit or data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
The Videsys platform, including its software, design and brand, is the property of Sté VIDESYS SARL. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without written permission.
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service first by email at contact@videsys.com, by phone at +216 23 573 318, or by post at our registered office. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
If no amicable solution is found within 30 days of your complaint, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of Manouba, Tunisia, subject to any mandatory rule giving jurisdiction to another court, in particular for consumers.
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law, including Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and electronic commerce.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The Terms in force at the time of your payment apply to that payment.
